999jay Terms & Conditions – Complete Betting Policy

01 General Terms

999jay (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming operator. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("Member") and 999jay.

02 Registration & Account Policy

To open an account with 999jay, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Government-issued ID may be requested for age verification.
• One Account Per Person: Operating multiple accounts from a single device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate name, mobile number, and payment details.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 999jay will not be liable for any access by third parties.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

999jay reserves the right to verify any account's information at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

03 Betting Policy

Please make sure you fully understand the rules below before placing bets on 999jay. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳20.
• Maximum Bet: A single bet may be placed for up to ৳5,00,000. This limit may differ for special events.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds do not apply.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: 999jay is not liable for any losses resulting from internet latency during live betting.
• Parlay Bet: In a parlay bet, all selections must win. If any one match is lost, the entire parlay bet is void.

If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, 999jay may place any payouts on hold pending investigation. If found guilty, the account will be permanently closed.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals at 999jay are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and completely secure.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum Deposit: ৳10,00,000 per day (for special cases, please contact Customer Care)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Time: Usually processed within 30 minutes. Additional time may be required if KYC verification is needed.
• Transaction Charges: 999jay charges no hidden fees. However, standard charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.

Withdrawals must be made using the mobile banking number registered to your account. Requests to a different number will not be approved. Deposited funds can only be withdrawn after being wagered at least once.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
